Deddy and our Game Design With Minecraft Camp Students

For Deddy Setiadi, our co-founder of Kodecoon, he believes that “In the near future, there will be many programmers on the street. But how will your child stand out? Instead of following the crowd to be the best programmer, aim to understand how technology works and apply it to something bigger than yourselves. The answer lies in application.”

We believe that students should be challenged to take the programming skills that they have been equipped with, and translate them into creative ideas and plans that make a change. For it is through applying these digital skills, can our students stand out from the rest.

Additionally, Deddy also feels that “not everyone is meant to be a programmer, but the least we can do as parents is to let the kids try. The kids don’t know what they don’t know.” It is thus important to first explore if your child has the innate interest in coding, and from there cultivate this interest in coding and equip them with all the digital skills that is necessary for them as a web or mobile app developer.

How then would you know if your child is interesting in coding? The answer is simple! Simply contact us or register for our FREE trial classes online and let our trained instructors access your child’s interest in coding and programming as well as their digital learning needs.
